NexusCon 2025: Facility Management Meets Artificial Intelligence

NexusCon-2025-EKO-Digital-Twin

Zoltan Szalay, EKO’s Product Manager, and Scott Muench, Vice President of Knowledge Excellence at J2 Innovations, will be participating in a presentation at NexusCon 2025 on October 7th in Denver, Colorado. The panel, titled “FM Meets AI: Case Studies in Improving Operational Efficiency,” will explore how building owners, operators, and service providers are putting artificial intelligence to work – through conversational tools, autonomous agents, predictive diagnostics, and user-centric building management systems.

During the presentation, Zoltan will highlight how EKO shifts current facilities maintenance practices from reactive to predictive by harnessing the power of a facility’s real-time data through machine learning and AI models, providing building operators with timely insights and workflows to effectively maintain and utilize their smart buildings - all while maintaining a true “living” replica of their facility. He will also discuss how AI-driven fault detection, diagnostics and analytics empowers the human experience within the built environment.
